When we were ready to buy, Tim made arrangements to pick up our used car which was not safe to drive, and we were reimbursed for the towing expenses. We immediately were offered a great sales price plus trade in value so we knew for certain that this Honda Civic was the car we wanted, and Tim was the only salesperson that we wanted to deal with. Miguel is the BEST!! My daughter and I had been talking about getting her a newer "used" car but I hadn't planned on doing this for a while. She was helpful, knowledgeable, professional and had a sense of humor!! :) we were soon introduced to Miguel and the BEST car experience of a lifetime was about to unfold!! My daughter had a car in mind and he found exactly the right one complete with sunroof!! We were thrilled........then came Finance. Miguel got me to EXACTLY where I needed to be and my daughter was in her Civic EX Coupe in a matter of days!!! AND he went out of his way to make sure she had a BEAUTIFUL loaner vehicle when the rented vehicle had timed out. My car buying experience was the BEST imaginable.
