I must admit that I have been a devoted Herb Chambers customer for close to 20 years. Primarily with Lexus but also with Honda & Ford. This week I was responsible for assisting my 84 year old mother, who's last car buying experience was in 2002, in leasing a new car. Wanting to stay in the Herb Chambers family, I reached out to our good friend & Lexus representative, Spero Coston, for advice. We made an appointment at Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk, MA & were met by Rancione Matos. I cannot say enough about his professionalism as well as his kindness & patience! He assisted us in testing CR-V's, Aacords & Civics. In the end, the Accord won out. He gave my mom a fantastic deal on a Honda Accord & she is beyond thrilled! THEN, since I was to be away, we asked for delivery the next day. Even though it was Rancione's day off, he offered to come in! I so appreciate that! But when we arrived, there had been an issue with fax to the insurance company. It seems that it went to Never-Never Land & hadn't been received! Rancione worked so hard & the very nice lady in the Registry Dept stayed 2 hours late to get the registration done for us! THEN a staff member in the inspection department stayed late to get the inspection done so that my mom would be all set! I can't thank everyone enough! This is a stellar example of the Herb Chambers customer service culture! GREAT people all working together for an unparalleled customer experience! Special thanks to Rancione for going well over & above and to my good friend & Lexus sales representative, Spero Coston. You both made this an unbelievably fantastic experience! Thank you to ALL who made this possible! If I had Herb!s number I'd call him myself! He should be VERY PROUD! More

Highly positive experience purchasing a new car. Though I had been planning on purchasing a 2015 Civic and had made preliminary inquiries before leaving for vacation, trouble with my 2002 Civic mad Though I had been planning on purchasing a 2015 Civic and had made preliminary inquiries before leaving for vacation, trouble with my 2002 Civic made it essential that I purchase a new car as soon as possible. Both Colby (from sales) and Tim (from service) made it possible for me to get a new vehicle the day after I returned from vacation. I want to commend them both, but especially Colby, the young woman who sold me the car. She was friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. She was especially good at explaining the technological updates of the 2015, so very different from my older model. I felt the purchase price was fair and reasonable and no different from what it would have been if I had made the purchase a week later, as I had originally planned. I usually find purchasing a new car stressful - this would be my third Civic – but Colby made the experience pleasant and even enjoyable. I am very grateful to her and especially pleased to see a young woman doing well in what I consider a male dominated field. She is good at what she does, a "keeper" as I told the sales manager. More

When she was able to answer all my questions and carry though on every word she said... I knew she was a great person to put my trust in. Greatest Experience To-Date! I was recently put in the unfortunate position of having had my car totaled due to a recent storm that swept my area, so I had to start car shopping a I was recently put in the unfortunate position of having had my car totaled due to a recent storm that swept my area, so I had to start car shopping again. I went to quite a few places, driving as far as 2 hours out of my way in search of a Honda, when at last I came to Herb Chambers of Seekonk. From moment one I could tell that Cliff really wanted to help - he was NOT just in it for the money! After discussing the situation, we looked into what I soon realized was going to be the perfect car for me. We took it out for a test-drive, and he already had a GREAT route in mind that would cover all the important aspects one should look into when doing a test-drive (out of all the tests I'd done that day, this was the first time the Sales person seemed to know what they were doing), and it was even a nice, scenic drive, too. As I drove the route, he pointed out the various features and answered all of the questions I'd had - even answering ones I hadn't yet thought of, but were rather important. After leaving, I knew I had to get that car, and it had to be from Cliff. I looked into my finances (and the check I'd gotten from my insurance) and called back to let him know I'd be in Friday to pay for and pick up the car. Once I got there (with the plates/registration/insurance from the previous car), we went over the paperwork, as well as any other questions I'd had, and Cliff set me up with Kevin who helped me go through the settings in the car with me (rather than leaving me to my own devices and hoping for the best) - he even helped me sync my phone to the Bluetooth system in the car. It'd been a while since I'd been in the market for a car, but from beginning to end (when dealing with Herb Chambers) Cliff absolutely made it a wonderful experience, and from the time he became involved Kevin was also very helpful and friendly. I have already passed along my story to my friends and family - as well as anyone that'll listen that may be in the market for a Honda in the near future - recommending that they go to Herb Chambers in Seekonk and, if possible, ask for Cliff.
