My wife and I were introduced to Chris Banks as our salesman and we proceeded to go through the process of obtaining a new lease while turning in the old one. Chris handled the whole process professionally by insuring we were treated respectfully and he continuously updated us as to where we were in the process. He was knowledgeable and thorough without being the least bit pushy which made it a much more enjoyable experience. In the end I felt that I had a great salesman and that I had gotten my new lease at a very fair price. Considering I'm the type that would rather have a root canal vs negotiating a new car lease that says a lot. More

I emailed Sam my criteria for a car and within 5 minutes I received a response.from him. He asked me to then call him so we could speak about my needs in detail. Sam was very personable and easy to speak with. He asked pertinent questions about make, model, cost and color of car I was seeking. My situation was a bit different in that I was buying a car for daughter who was out of state but wanted it in her name. He was incredibly helpful in informing me of the documentation I would need to buy a car for her without her being in state. He contacted my daughter and mailed her papers to sign. He followed up with me regularly and was always very complimentary and professional. He treated you like family. Never pushy and always listening to best understand my needs. I purchased the car Saturday. This is the 7 Honda I have purchased over the years and Sam Aljallad has by far been the absolute best salesperson I ever done usiness with.
