They are one of the most reasonably priced dealerships, and they also use SMART pricing. Prior to my visit, email communications about the cars I was interested were responded to in a timely manner. I was greeted at the dealership by my salesman, Sam. He was very helpful, friendly, and informative. Once I decided which vehicle I wanted the process went very smoothly with the help of Sam and the business manager Brian. Prior to picking up my vehicle, Sam was phenomenal about keeping me informed and letting me know what other paperwork he needed. I would definitely do business here again and I've already recommended to a few people I know searching for new vehicles. More

Stellar Experience - 100% Satisfied!!!! In February, I began my search for a new safe and reliable vehicle. I walked in to Herb Chambers and was approached by Colby Ferreira. She was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable! Colby took the time to answer my questions, address my concerns, and show me cars that would match my needs. At no point during my experience did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Colby realized that I needed more time to make a decision and encouraged me to take my time while providing me with ample information to review. When I did return to make a purchase, I brought my father with me. Colby even came in on her day off to assist me. During our time there, my father became overheated and the staff was amazing getting him cold bottled water and checking in with us to ensure his good health. I was truly impressed with the genuine concern from Colby Ferreira. On the day I arrived to pick up my new car, Colby again came in on a non scheduled day to assist me! Her dedication to customers is outstanding!!!! She even took extra time with me to ensure I felt comfortable with all the electronic features in my vehicle and helped me program certain items. In my opinion, this went above and beyond customer service. Through our interactions, Colby learned that I have a son with special needs. She made sure I had items programmed into my car for his safety! Finally, on the day I returned for the inspection, Colby took care of everything and took the time to inquire about my father and son. Herb Chambers of Seeking, Disorganized and Unresponsive I went to Herb Chambers after they told me a certain low mileage used 2016 Honda Civic LX was available. They told me the car was getting some body work done but that I could drive a similar car. After 2 hours at the dealership, I wrote a check for my car and left planning to come back to get the car when it was ready. Then I got a call telling me that the car had been sold the day before I walked into the dealership! Oh what a shame they said! You can get the exact same car for only $2500.00 more brand new. The sales administrators were disorganized, insensitive, allowing customers to wait for long periods of time. The sales staff are pleasant but the whole place is chaotic. There are so many employees who don't seem to know how to get anything answered or done. I have been a customer there for many years largely because of the service department which is excellent. Unfortunately I have to give the sales part of the dealership a grade of F-. Herb Chambers, if you are watching, you should do some serious firing and rehiring. I went down the road to Grieco Toyota, and got a really nice Corolla. Totally different experience. The car they said was there actually was there. I got to drive it and it had not been sold to someone else. They were constantly offering me hot chocolate, coffee, and water. It still took about 2 hours but I got a great deal and drove home with the car. More

We were there just a few minutes when approached by the lovely Colby Ferreira. She provided world class service throughout our time with her, was relatable on a personal and professional level and overall did a phenomenal job getting me in the car I had desired for such a long time, able to drive off the lot that very day! I grabbed extra business cards to give to all of my friends/family/colleagues. After this experience I will never go anywhere else!! More
