My husband and I went to look at a specific car out of the whim (and it wasn't even a Honda haha) and Angela ca It was a pleasure working with Angela! My husband and I went to look at a specific car out of the whim (and it wasn't even a Honda haha) and Angela came right out once we step foot in the parking lot for only a few minutes. She was able to guide us to the car and we took it for a test drive. I think she knew 'we know our car stuff' so she let us do our thing and was conversational on other friendly subjects. Emilio was also helpful and explained everything well during our contract signing. The whole process was so smooth that they basically did everything for you and you just drive the car home. To sum up the experience, NO PRESSURE and NO HASSLE was given the entire time and great customer service was received by Angela and all staffs at this dealer location. Thank you! More
