Fantastic experience My existing lease was due to mature so I went in to speak with sales about my lease options. I did not have an appointment so I was assigned to Sam. S My existing lease was due to mature so I went in to speak with sales about my lease options. I did not have an appointment so I was assigned to Sam. Sam had me laughing and feeling relaxed within the first ten minutes. He took the time to listen to all of my questions and took me out for a test drive and took me to see what colors were available. When he saw how disappointed I was that there was no silver in stock he told me that he would find one for me and he did. I also expressed concern that there were no wheel locks and he ordered them for me. I also asked him to help me with calling my insurance company and he did that as well. I have to say that within my 20 years of being a faithful Herb Chambers Honda Seekonk customer, this is the best overall experience that I have had. More
