Service advisor was very friendly and professional! I was there for scheduled maintenance, though I was reminded about a recall that I need to have addressed. The issue I have is that Honda will not pr I was there for scheduled maintenance, though I was reminded about a recall that I need to have addressed. The issue I have is that Honda will not provide a loaner when a recall repair is needed. I am self employed and work about 40 miles away from the dealership, I haven’t figured out a way to get this repair done and be without my vehicle for several hours. I feel like Honda should be providing loaners for recall repairs. More
