Some of the contacts were initially by e-mail and I was never contacted or bad I was extremely happy with my recent acquisition of a 2020 Honda Civic. Some of the contacts were initially by e-mail and I was never contacted or badgered by repeated phone calls at home. Upon entering I met with Miguel De La Cruz and he was a perfect salesperson and made things simple and easy. No crazy back and forth negotiation and I ended up with what I thought was a great deal. My experience with him was perfect and also with the finance department. Everything was fully disclosed and very well explained. I have never had a better experience at a dealership and I have been driving for almost 40 years. More
