DOMENICA WAS EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY. Having done business with different dealers over the years, none can compare with the service I got from Domenica at Herb Chambers in Seekonk. Unlike many other dealers, she was was well versed on every phase needed to transfer a new Ridgeline pickup truck to me. That said, I didn't have to deal with long waiting periods between steps. Everyone at this dealership seems to genuinely love their job! Ara was great! We didn’t feel like we were talking to a sales guy, he acted like a friend who just wanted us to have all the facts in order to m job! Ara was great! We didn’t feel like we were talking to a sales guy, he acted like a friend who just wanted us to have all the facts in order to make a decision that fit our family’s needs. Emilio was awesome too! They were very accommodating to our 2 energetic young children and did not make them feel unwelcome. Most dealerships you go into pressure you from the time you step foot out of your car. We just purchased our 4th Honda from Herb Chambers and will continue to go back. This was my first time trying to finance a car. I really couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. John Mitchell really was incredible. He work with me and my family to find my dream car.
