I dealt with Ara (Yaghhsizian) when I got there. He was polite and knowledgeable about the whole process and made me feel comfortable by just talking to me about some NBA basketball and other stuff. Car buying can be an arduous and, quite frankly, annoying process. It was less than that. I think I was out of there in 4.5 hours from start to finish. The staff is courteous, paid attention to my needs, and even had the vehicle I wanted ready to go. No upselling of a vehicle, no trying to get me into a lease. Nothing. Right to business. Other sales people could take a cue from Ara. Some times direct and simple is the way to be. I definitely recommend Herb Chambers for anyone and I most definitely recommend Ara.
