Was in with my 2024 CRV for a recall. Was greeted kindly and told I would hear from them in about 90 minutes. Text message less than 90 minutes. Recall wasn't an issue but filters needed replacements. Video accompanied showing need. Was able to text approval and car was ready soon after. These filters hadn't been replaced since purchase. Car had 21,000 miles. Multi point system check showed everything else in good order. Washed and vacuumed car returned within 90 minute window. Will return for future service. More
