I have put 12,000 miles on in one year and ability no issues with my care except the radio which was acting strange. They downloaded a correction to the software so hopefully that corrects the problem but mechanically not a single issue. testament to a great vehicle. More

Having a recall issue fixed In 2019 there was a recall on my 2017 CR-V, which I forgot about, regarding the chance that the shift knob button would break resulting in the inabili In 2019 there was a recall on my 2017 CR-V, which I forgot about, regarding the chance that the shift knob button would break resulting in the inability to shift gears. So of course this happened to me after pulling into my driveway on Saturday 03.28.20. After scrambling around to find the "button" I was able to push it back in to work the shifter. I knew I had to have this fixed asap as it would only have been a matter of time until the button popped out again and was irretrievably lost in the depths of my car. So I immediately call Honda of Burlington to see how quickly I could come in. Jeffrey told me that I could come in that day anytime before 2:00pm w/o an appointment and they would be happy to fix it for me. I drove there and was in and out within 20 minutes, which was awesome! Thank you to Jeffrey and Honda of Burlington for saving my day!! More
Tired of being Lied to by Herb Chambers In all these situations I believe I dealt exclusively with John Silva. At one point I even wrote to the CEO because I had gotten little satisfaction otherwise. Brought my Honda in more than once 2019/2020 because tire pressure gauge light was on. John told me it was due to cold weather. With warmer weather having arrived, and the tire pressure gauge light still on, and after listening to the car grind along as I drove, and feeling I was imminently going to get a flat tire, I brought it in again for what I suspected was a need for new brakes. At that time I was FINALLY told my right front tire had a slow leak but by now because the tire was compromised the entire time I drove on it, I had worn the tread incorrectly and I needed a new tire. This is NOT the first time this Service center has lied to me, the first being I was told my old Honda was perfectly safe to drive. I then drove it to Florida and back. When I got back I noticed it wasn't performing well just after a snowstorm so I brought it back three weeks after it had last been seen. Then I was given a list of FIVE major repairs needed, totaling over $5,000, including an enormous tear in a large hose that was connected to the engine. These issues could not all have happened just because I drove to Florida and back. I had to trade it in but during my drive to Florida and back the car could have seriously malfunctioned.. After I bought my new/used Honda at Herb Chambers in Seekonk, I picked it up not realizing it had not been checked or serviced at all and even the registration, which I had paid Herb Chambers to get for me, was not even in the glove compartment. Once I got it back home, I immediately noticed several issues. I brought it to Herb Chambers in Burlington, whereupon John Silva stated they would NOT service it because it had "pre-existing" conditions Seekonk had to repair. I refused to accept that and forced Herb Chambers in Burlington to fix the danged car for me! It was several months after that I realized I didn't have a registration but merely the application for one. I had to retrieve the actual registration from Herb Chambers Seekonk. What in xxxx is wrong with these people? I wouldn't mind one or even two screw-ups but I have had several with Herb Chambers. Needless to say I am looking for a new mechanic. More
