I used the evening drop off service on Sunday night, called the dealership service center mid-morning on Monday to get a status update, and the receptionist said that she was just about to call me. My car was ready. No hassle, no runaround, not repairing it begrudgingly and trying to sell me extra repairs. When I got in my car to drive away, I turned on the a/c and that unit was cranking a nice ice cold breeze. It was heaven during these past few really hot days. It was a very pleasant experience. Truth be told, I dreaded having to bring my car to the dealership for the first time since I bought it. I thought it was going to be a much different experience. More
