Overdue maintenance I bought my car in May 2018 (Patrick Sisk was my sales associate) and got my first maintenance a year later. Due to COVID-19 and being at high risk I I bought my car in May 2018 (Patrick Sisk was my sales associate) and got my first maintenance a year later. Due to COVID-19 and being at high risk I've postponed service. I had an expired coupon and when I called earlier in the week was told that it would not be honored but coupons from Honda of Boston (much more convenient location for me) would be. I was pleased that my coupon was honored. I believe Jeffrey (don't know last name) was the one who checked me in; he was extremely helpful and nice. I don't know who was the person who I submitted payment to but she was also helpful and pleasant. The only negative comment would be that I did not feel comfortable sitting inside even though there were clearly marked signs about social distancing. It was too crowded so I waited in the parking lot. More

They took care of the loose plug where you put the air in and did the rest of the stuff in record time. I was out of there in no time. More

Great service and follow up! I took my 2017 Honda Pilot in for service last Friday. The problem has been resolved. The wait time was appropriate. The waiting are is great.
