Customer Service Reps are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Service is quick and always completed correctly. Always have great service when coming to Herb Chambers in Burlington. There is a different Honda dealership close to my house but I prefer to take the extra drive to go to Herb Chambers. Severely overpriced service, always recommended but not really necessary...Who ever heard of a $150 oil change and tire rotation, at 21,000 miles a differential liquid change for $130, and again at 21,000 really necessary...Who ever heard of a $150 oil change and tire rotation, at 21,000 miles a differential liquid change for $130, and again at 21,000 miles a brake liquid change for $150???..90% of these charges were for labor and unnecessary.....Maybe they are trying to make up for lost sales due to covid, by overcharging!...maybe a reaction to question 1 on the recent election....No more for me....Have found a private mechanic who will give me the right information and do services for 1/2 the price! More

The service is overpriced....Would you pay $149 for a tire rotation and an oil change?, $104 for differential fluid exchange on a CRV with 22,000 miles? and $149 for a brake fluid exchange, again on tire rotation and an oil change?, $104 for differential fluid exchange on a CRV with 22,000 miles? and $149 for a brake fluid exchange, again on a 2017 CRV with 22,000 miles....ABSURD! More
