I bought my car in September. I love my new car! Today I got my first oil change. Not only did they change my oil, but they conducted a multi-point inspection, washed my car, and I love my new car! I had used all my washer fluid this morning and they filled it, unasked. The folks in the service area are amazing, friendly, and so efficient. I recommend this dealership for purchases as well as service! I am glad I chose this group. More

I’ve always had Chris and today I had Jeff not compassionate the mechanic told him I spilt something and I probably did as my car is a mess but that was spilt along time ago and I’m so pissed my h compassionate the mechanic told him I spilt something and I probably did as my car is a mess but that was spilt along time ago and I’m so pissed my husband just died from Covid my daughter is very sick and he should have looked further or spoke to the mechanic that stuff that was inside the rubber was old and had fallen sorry it said may be the sensor and it might be something else need to ask your reps to be trained by Chris he is wonderful and also I can go to any herb chambers dealership and was told only this one so I’m so pissed at your place at this time I’ve been crying all day sincerely an unhappy customer months ago I was there for 4 hours and then told not covered I had to pay 159 without any fixing he never mentioned my remote starter I will say I was going to trade this car in as Michael was so nice the sales guy but I’ll go elsewhere I’ve had many issues with this car they should have fixed the sensor who’s to say that I did it actually it was spilt before my husband died 3 weeks ago good luck mr herb chambers they robbed me an old lady More
