"Always a Positive Experience" I have been having my vehicle serviced at Herb Chambers of Burlington since buying it. I am always greeted warmly and all my questions are answered in a courteous manner. The work is done in a reasonable time frame and the customer wait area is comfortable. I have used the Shuttle service several times and the driver has always been friendly and prompt in getting me to my destination. I would highly recommend this dealership and its service department. Service appointment for oil change/30K check I was greeted right away by June and she looked at what I requested which was an oil change and new front wiper blades plus the 30K check. Since I only bought the CRV in May she knew they had already done many things that didn't need to be repeated so she made sure I didn't have service done on unnecessary things. I truly appreciate that honesty. June was great and very patient with me as I am somewhat difficult to understand due to a neurological condition. Upon checking out I had a very nice young man who was also extremely kind and very professional. I never had to wait more than a minute and he was very helpful. This was only my second visit to this dealership and I wasn't quite sure of where the car would be when finished. More

Outstanding Customer Service I recently had to have my Honda CRV towed to Herb Chambers in Burlington. I bought my CRV here and the service has been nothing short of stellar. I I recently had to have my Honda CRV towed to Herb Chambers in Burlington. I bought my CRV here and the service has been nothing short of stellar. I had to have a dead battery replaced and an oil change. I have a prepaid oil change program card which was in my glove compartment. They did not charge me for the oil change and took my word for it about the prepaid card and I will have it punched twice on my next oil change. Now that's customer service. I have been to the dealership probably 4 times since purchasing my CRV and they have always exceeded my expectations. If all businesses ran like this, it would be a much better world and we'd all be VERY happy customers. I highly recommend Herb Chambers and would buy again from them in a heart beat! More

Good work and excellent customer service, price..not so much I have been bringing my Honda family van to this location for several years. While customer service and quality of work are excellent, I honestly dre I have been bringing my Honda family van to this location for several years. While customer service and quality of work are excellent, I honestly dread having to bring my car in as it often results in extremely expensive repairs at the end of the day. I have found similar situations at most area Honda dealers and am now in a position of researching a smaller garage that could offer more competitive price points for any significant repairs or service to my car.
