I waited for a bit while the car was inspected by a technician. The issue was a failed sensor which they replaced under warranty. Since I only bought the CRV in May she knew they had already done many things that didn't need to be repeated so she made sure I didn't have service done on unnecessary things. I truly appreciate that honesty. June was great and very patient with me as I am somewhat difficult to understand due to a neurological condition. Upon checking out I had a very nice young man who was also extremely kind and very professional. I never had to wait more than a minute and he was very helpful. This was only my second visit to this dealership and I wasn't quite sure of where the car would be when finished. More
