Sunday morning oil change I love being able to stop by and get a quick oil change on a Sunday morning. I used a coupon given to me from Honda for the service and really apprec I love being able to stop by and get a quick oil change on a Sunday morning. I used a coupon given to me from Honda for the service and really appreciated the savings. I also had a recall serviced while I waited in the comfortable waiting area. Absolutely Terrible Service - Don't go! I've literally been trying to get service to help me out with an update that was supposed to be done on my car before I even bought it, 4 MONTHS AGO. I've literally been trying to get service to help me out with an update that was supposed to be done on my car before I even bought it, 4 MONTHS AGO. I've called plenty of times and everyone I've talked to say I need to call back and talk to Christine or that they were going to talk to her and have someone call me back the next day. I even talked to the assistant manager, John, last week and he said that the service manager, also named John, was going to call me at the beginning of this week. Well, its the end of the night on Tuesday and I STILL haven't received any call or even an acknowledgement of the situation. Other people have told me that they'd leave messages and the last time I was in there for an oil change, 2 weeks ago, a woman working literally printed off a piece of paper with all my information, wrote in big letters "CALL CUSTOMER ASAP" with my phone number. Well, 2 weeks later and STILL NOTHING. I'm extremely disappointed in the service and although I love my car and my sales rep, Mike Carelli, was amazing, I wish I hadn't ever bought my car from this dealer. Service clearly doesn't care about their customers and just gives everyone the run around until they give up. WILL NOT recommend this dealer to anyone. More
