Expect an 1 to 1.5 hour wait for the work to be completed, because they can be very busy with lots of customers Been a customer for almost 10 years. Expect an 1 to 1.5 hour wait for the work to be completed, because they can be very busy with lots of customers (even with their ability to handle numerous cars simultaneously) and they do a thorough job. So, just plan ahead, bring your computer, and relax in their customer lounge with their free Internet. Their prices are reasonable - not the stereotypical dealership mark-ups - and you can rely on their workmanship and OEM parts are often better than the fancy parts offered by independent shops. They are pretty trustworthy (I have not dealt with all employees, but the ones I have are very good) and don't try to sell you on parts/services that are not needed or recommended. Newer cars have more technology and are more precise/sensitive, so you cannot expect services to be 25% cheaper or ignore regular/preventative maintenance. For example, I've tried shopping around for a cheaper oil change for 0-20W and even if you do it yourself it'll only save a few bucks and maybe nothing after disposing the oil properly. Bring it here and they fill up your fluids and clean your car - I never seen any independent shop clean my car with an oil change and all for a very reasonable price! More
