Regular service Brought my vehicle in for some minor regular maintenance. The tech observed a couple of minor issues it was brought to my attention. It was merely recommended. The Service Rep wanted to show me the parts prior to any work being done. Not necessary. Once the repairs were completed, Service Rep sought me out to let me know the car was receiving a courtesy wash & it would be ready in less than 5 minutes. That was SERVICE! More

He took me to the repair area and showed me the parts requiring replacement or repair and explained what my options were. He also was able to have them completed earlier than he originally indicated when I explained I had to leave sooner. The waiting area was comfortable and I enjoyed the treats and coffee. More
