Great Honda service! I was traveling up from NC visiting Boston when a cover plate fell off from under my CRV. I drove into Herb Chambers Honda on a Saturday morning to inquire whether the plate needed to be replaced. The service associate said that it was recommended and that they could fit it in immediately. 30 minutes later the job was done and, to my surprise, they charged nothing.....a credit to great Honda customer support......wonderful!!!
