He took me to the repair area and showed me the parts requiring replacement or repair and explained what my options were. He also was able to have them completed earlier than he originally indicated when I explained I had to leave sooner. The waiting area was comfortable and I enjoyed the treats and coffee. More

Good and fast I made an appointment online the night before (Sunday night) and I received the confirmation by email the same night. I brought my vehicle (Honda FIt 2010) for a recall service (16-016 TAKATA DRIVER AIRBAG INFLATOR), they promised to do the job in 1 hr 15 min and they did it in 1 hour.
