Philip was the best I felt like I was being cared for by a loving parent. I would recommend service in Burlington to everyone. I never felt I was being "taken" as I fee I felt like I was being cared for by a loving parent. I would recommend service in Burlington to everyone. Received my vehicle back I brought my 09 Odyssey in for service, right from the start you could see that the CS team were professional and courteous. Very long wait for an oil change. I have been buying & servicing cars at Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington since 1991. Until recently, I have been very happy with the services I recei I have been buying & servicing cars at Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington since 1991. Until recently, I have been very happy with the services I receive there. I recently made an appointment for an oil change. I thought I would in & out in a half hour. Instead, I was there for 3.5 hours. I went to the Service Desk a couple of times & was told that it would not be too much longer. How can you justify a 3.5 hr wait for an oil change ?? Absolutely ridiculous !! I was sent an email questionnaire about my experience. I answered it honestly & requested a phone call from the Service Manager. I never received a phone call. This was a few months ago. I do not know what has changed there but there are obviously many unresolved issues. I am going to be looking for service elsewhere. More

Good services with plenty of patience My car was bought in Canada, so they don't have access to my file. The guy spent long time on the phone to collect required information about my car. Regular service Brought my vehicle in for some minor regular maintenance. The tech observed a couple of minor issues it was brought to my attention. No pressure to ge Brought my vehicle in for some minor regular maintenance. The tech observed a couple of minor issues it was brought to my attention. No pressure to get anything else done. It was merely recommended. The Service Rep wanted to show me the parts prior to any work being done. Not necessary. Once the repairs were completed, Service Rep sought me out to let me know the car was receiving a courtesy wash & it would be ready in less than 5 minutes. That was SERVICE! More
