Great from start to finish. I arrived at the Herb Chambers of Burlington at 7:30 am to get my scheduled maintenance on my 2017 Honda Accord and I planned to wait for my car. I c I arrived at the Herb Chambers of Burlington at 7:30 am to get my scheduled maintenance on my 2017 Honda Accord and I planned to wait for my car. I came into the dealership and was promptly greeted by a service adviser. I forget his name, but he had grayish hair and a goatee. He quoted me a price on the service that I needed, told me how much it would cost, and how long it would take. He quoted me 1 hour. I went into the waiting area where they had coffee, fresh fruit, and my favorite, Klondike Bars. I settled in and connected to their free we-fi and went through some emails and texts, and before I knew it, my car was ready. It was 20 minutes ahead of schedule and it was washed and vacuumed. I went to the counter to pay and I was out the door in well under an hour. I have been going to Herb Chambers of Burlington for the last 15 years, to both purchase/lease my cars as well as service them there. They never disappoint when it comes to either. I want to acknowledge John the service manager, Jerry Salois the General Manager, and Sergio Urquijo, my salesman, for their outstanding service over the years. More

Service Regular service, but discovered the tires were wearing, so I was offered buy 3 get one free for my 2014 Honda Accord. The only thing I didn't like was Regular service, but discovered the tires were wearing, so I was offered buy 3 get one free for my 2014 Honda Accord. The only thing I didn't like was how time consuming it was. I arrived before 10:00 am and didn't get out until 1:10 pm. Other than that, it is a great to bring a car in for service. Anthony And Scott in Service Were Awesome Dropped my Pilot off Thursday night and was helped by Anthony who is a Service Advisor. Told him the problem we were having with the engine coming on Dropped my Pilot off Thursday night and was helped by Anthony who is a Service Advisor. Told him the problem we were having with the engine coming on and then going off and some other electrical things. While my vehicle was there, Anthony would call with updates as to what they were doing. Once the service was complete he called me again and put me on with Scott the tech who worked on it and Scott was great at explaining everything he did. Oddly enough, it was just a bad battery that I just replaced myself less than two years ago. Rather than go through the headache of dealing with where I bought the battery and doing the warranty stuff, I decided to Scott and Anthony replace it and to make things even better I didn’t even pay as much as I thought I would. I’ve had my Pilot only serviced at Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington since I bought it and every experience has been positive. I can honestly say I’ve never had a problem with the service there and don’t see myself bringing my business anywhere else. Thanks again Anthony and Scott! More
