When I received the call stating my vehicle was ready, I was told it did not need the tire rotation. I was very pleased the work was not done unnecessarily. huge improvement over last time I went for service I was about to stop going to Herb Chambers after my last service appointment, even though it's only 3 miles from my house. The last service appointmen I was about to stop going to Herb Chambers after my last service appointment, even though it's only 3 miles from my house. The last service appointment, for a simple oil change, the rep kept calling me and trying to peddle extra work, like replacing transmission fluid and brake fluid, although when I probed he admitted none of those were needed. Was so upset I thought the next time I'd just drive the 25 miles to Bernardi Honda but was in a rush and went here again. What an improvement! Gone is the endless push to peddle work that isn't needed; Chris was very professional and it was a pleasure that the closest Honda dealer to my house is once again worth going to. More

Great service as always I've been dealing with Herb Chambers for about years now and have purchased/leased at least 17 cars over that time period and have always had my car I've been dealing with Herb Chambers for about years now and have purchased/leased at least 17 cars over that time period and have always had my car serviced at the dealership. I walked into the service area at about 7:30 am and was immediately greeted by John Silva. I told him the service code that I needed done and that i had a coupon that I got in the mail for a discount on it. The coupon was for a $99.95 service which is regularly $149.00. I also told him that I needed a sticker. He said that it would be about an hour and he would call me when it was ready. Well, I was out of there in under an hour. Once again, the service department offered courteous service and a realistic time frame as to when the car would be ready. Because of the coupon, I was able to get out of there for $147.00, which included the inspection sticker, I, once again, couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism and service that Herb Chambers offers. More
