Two days with the Luck of Murphy Arrived around 11:30 for a sticker and an oil change. Told it was going to be a long wait. They were right. So left alittle before 5pm and headed north on 95 in heavy traffic. Day 2 arrived a little before 9 on Thursday. Could not find registration, because it expired in June. Off to the Registry and back around 11:15. After about an hour and fifteen minutes car was done and I was on my way. Carol the cashier took very good care of me both days and went over both days services fully. More

Very thorough I went in, because the "Tire pressure is low" light came on. The service department fixed that in 5 minutes, but then they looked up and told me t I went in, because the "Tire pressure is low" light came on. The service department fixed that in 5 minutes, but then they looked up and told me that there are a bunch of updates to my computer that they would like to do, at no charge. So I left my car there, and they updated. Thanks for looking out for me and my car! More
Long wait for service I went in for a fall service special, state inspection, and for a recall on the passenger side seat belt. Four hours later I left. Earlier in the week I had called for an appointment and to see if the recall part was available. I was told to come early and that they did not take appointments-why not? I was there by 8:15, but so were many other folks; I even had to wait at the service counter to check in. All in all, the wait was not awful as I was forewarned and had brought reading material. It was after noon when the vehicle was ready. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, though. More
