A1 Maintenance I recently took my Honda Accord to the Burlington, MA location for an oil change and A1 Maintenance (tire rotation). When I received the call stating I recently took my Honda Accord to the Burlington, MA location for an oil change and A1 Maintenance (tire rotation). When I received the call stating my vehicle was ready, I was told it did not need the tire rotation. I was very pleased the work was not done unnecessarily. huge improvement over last time I went for service I was about to stop going to Herb Chambers after my last service appointment, even though it's only 3 miles from my house. The last service appointmen I was about to stop going to Herb Chambers after my last service appointment, even though it's only 3 miles from my house. The last service appointment, for a simple oil change, the rep kept calling me and trying to peddle extra work, like replacing transmission fluid and brake fluid, although when I probed he admitted none of those were needed. Was so upset I thought the next time I'd just drive the 25 miles to Bernardi Honda but was in a rush and went here again. What an improvement! Gone is the endless push to peddle work that isn't needed; Chris was very professional and it was a pleasure that the closest Honda dealer to my house is once again worth going to. More
