Four walls but only one plug outlet for a customer. also, the snacks and apples are downstairs and not anything up in the 'executive' lounge. they will always look for a coupon for you if you can’t find what yours and Service really is great. also, unlike Honda down in Norwood, they don’t charge you extra for using a credit card. It’s incredibly frustrating that such a basic necessity has become such a hassle due to the dealership’s inefficiency.
