Dealing with service Asking to recommend your dealership with a yes or no answer is difficult. I would recommend the people both in sales an service in your organization as excellent. The issues I have has to do with the systemic problem of after a sale and getting to service. The sales part of my experience went wall up until I signed the sales agreement and paid for my car. I was kept waiting an hour or more for the after sales pitch for things I did not want. The service part of my the experience came when I received a recall notice. I was told I could not make an appointment. I tried going one morning only to find 20 people ahead of me in line. That was a disappointment. On a good note, when my car was towed in to the dealership the person [June] handling warranty issue was terrific. More

great customer service. reasonable wait time. My car was overdue for an oil change. So, I called mid-afternoon Called the dealership service department asking for a walk in service. They said if I show up soon they should be able to take me in. their estimated wait time was around 45 minutes. I waited in the comfortable customer's lounge watching the news on the TV. They were some complimentary refreshments available such as coffee, tea, apples, ice cream and snacks. The ambiance is relaxing. Great attention to customers. The 45 minutes wait time seemed like 10 minutes. My car was washed and ready for me by the door. More

Regularly scheduled service I had been trying to get in to do an oil change and the 20,000 mile regular service -- but due to the flood of customers for a recall and some short s I had been trying to get in to do an oil change and the 20,000 mile regular service -- but due to the flood of customers for a recall and some short staffing, each day I'd call found the lines already to long for me to come in. But I was told that this week would have full staffing and that a promotional offer I'd received would be honored whenever I could make it in. They suggested I should call again -- and I did on Thursday. I expected a two-hour wait, but the service was completed in an hour, including one additional issue the inspection uncovered. Nicole checked in with me several times, to let me know what needed to be done, and to let me know that my service was completed. I was happy to be back on the road. More
