We had a parasitic battery drain since Covid on a 2009 Element with 105K miles. We needed an excellent Honda mechanic to figure out our problem after purchasing several new batteries. Carlos (Sales) and TJ (Mgr) were patient, transparent, and effectively addressed our questions and concerns. This is our first new Honda purchase and besides the stellar vehicle, which we hope proves itse and effectively addressed our questions and concerns. This is our first new Honda purchase and besides the stellar vehicle, which we hope proves itself over the life of our lease, the whole sales and signing process was straightforward and hassle-free. I don't think I would ever experience a sales manager that didn't strong-arm the deal, but TJ actually sat down with us on the sales floor and worked through our concerns and listened attentively. Our sales associate, Carlos was enthusiastic and equally attentive to our needs and questions. We look forward to driving a Honda EV (Prologue Elite) and perhaps establishing a longer term relationship with Herb Chambers Burlington Honda. Andy and Dorothy More
