I bought my, I think, 5th Honda from Herb Chambers. It has always been a good experience. My salesperson was Jake Matton for my last three cars. Early December I picked up a 2024 Accord so I could give my 2022 Accord to my daughter. I explained what I was looking for and Jake came back with 4 or 5 options and explained the pros and cons of each option. In the end, because I am a loyal Honda customer I got a great discount on a new 2024 Accord. There was absolutely NO pressure. I did have to decide if I wanted any of the extra coverage with the finance guy, Herb, and I believe he helped me out as best he could. Sense I live in New England, with granite curbs everywhere, getting the Tire and Wheel coverage was a no brainer. I then added the dents and dings coverage and gave into the Interior and exterior paint coverage, mostly because it is a lease, and the added payments were not too much more. Now I have peace of mind. The other thing Herb Chambers 'gives' is 2 years of oil changes and tire rotations. So, in the end it was fast easy and painless. If you are looking for a Honda, ask for Jake. I believe all the other salesmen can help but you will like working with Jake. More

I don't think I would ever experience a sales manager that didn't strong-arm the deal, but TJ actually sat down with us on the sales floor and worked through our concerns and listened attentively. Our sales associate, Carlos was enthusiastic and equally attentive to our needs and questions.
