The salesman has no sense of time, late at my appointment. When the manager came and talked about the pricing, the manager was rude and arrogant. I ended up buying my Civic at different dealershi appointment. When the manager came and talked about the pricing, the manager was rude and arrogant. I ended up buying my Civic at different dealership on the really next day. It was totally waste my time to go and see them. I would NEVER do anything business with this dealership. More

Josh was nice but it boiled down to a pressurized hard sell. He was intent that I buy the car today, and would not give a test drive until we had worked out the numbers. I was disappointed that I was expected to negotiate the price of a car I did not know well enough. The $3,000 surcharge over MSRP was also a turnoff, but I'm a capitalist -- I can appreciate market demand -- so all I'll say is that Herb Chambers seems expensive. (Given they have 4 dealerships, I guess they're expert at extracting money from customers!) I was certain I would not get a good deal there. More
