I've been buying cars for more than 40 years, and this was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had. The sales team was polite, direct and not too pushy. I told them up front that if we found the car we wanted, I wanted a final price from them because I would compare that with other offers and buy from the dealer with the best offer. Once my wife and I settled on the model and accessories we wanted, they showed me my choices and gave us the price, including the interest rate if we were to buy from them, exactly what I asked from them. There was no high pressure that I had to put a deposit down to save the price, or that it was a limited time offer. I checked two other dealers that afternoon, one who was playing "mickey mouse games" with such questions as, "How much do you want to pay for the car?" and, "I can only give you this offer now, if you aready to put down a down payment..." Needless to say that dealer was immediately discounted. the other dealer would not give me a final price -- only that when I was ready to make a decision, we could negotiate a price. The guys at Herb Chambers in Burlington won hands down. They respect their customers and sell professionally. More

First of all I can start off by saying that before I went to Herb Chambers to purchase my current vehicle, I went to several other dealerships and really was not impressed. All of these things I found in Anthony Sarra from Herb Chambers Burlington. He truly went above and beyond (and continues to) to make sure that I had not only have everything I needed, but to make sure that I had all of the tools and information to make a smart decision. Coming from an individual who has worked in Sales for the past 5 years, I know a good worker when I see one. I would highly recommend not only this dealership, but more specifically for the mere fact that a wonderful and dedicated individual like Anthony works there. Bravo. More

Last spring, my husband and I went searching for a new minivan for our family of 6. I had looked into a Toyota Sienna from the Woburn dealership and decided to check out the Honda dealership in Burlington minivan for our family of 6. On my first visit, a nice salesman gave me some information on a new Odyssey after I told him all the features we were looking for in a car. We briefly discussed a certified used minivan but there were none to be found. In all honesty, I left leaning towards the Toyota. A few days later, I brought my husband back to Honda so that he could look at some of the new Odysseys. The salesman that had helped me a few days earlier had not come into the office yet. Thankfully, Branden Judkins happened to be the next salesman available. He sat us down, asked us probing questions, listened to our need/desires, checked the database for options and found us the perfect certified used minivan. He served as the liason during negotiations while taking care of ALL the odd/ends of the deal. The icing on the cake was the delivery. We have 4 small children and I was unable to get to Burlington to pick up the car when it was ready. Branden took the time out of his busy schedule to drove our newly purchased van to our driveway where we were all waiting! An employee like Branden is few and far between. Test drive was comfortable and sufficient, and the research I did led me to believe the offering price for the vehicle was fair. Finally, I appreciated not being shuttled back and forth with a hidden manager to determine the bottom line. The gentleman who arranged finance details put too much pressure for buying the dealer's "extras." I ended up buying one, but I felt the sales pitch was too strong. This is the reason for the one "4" selected above. I would strongly recommend Hondas and Herb Chambers to friends and relations. More
