My most recent trip in was for a sticker and an oil change. As always, a friendly group of customer service people leads to an enjoyable experience. Herb Chambers Of Burlington was the best choice I could have made when choosing to get a pre owned certified Honda. I am very picky and had a lot of specifications that I wanted with my car. I have purchased two cars from Herb Chambers in Burlington. They have gone above and beyond what I expected when it comes to sales and service. I had my wheels stolen (get those wheel locks folks!) and Herb Chambers service department coordinated the pickup of my vehicle, and the installation of new wheels. They special ordered the alloy rims that originally came with my vehicle, and made this so much easier on me. Laurie has always gone the extra mile for me also. She will sell you a vehicle, and stand behind you after the sale is through. I know that I can personally count on Laurie to answer questions regarding my vehicle, its present value, and any service needs. In August 2007, I was looking to replace my 1997 Toyota Camry. I wanted to replace it with a 2004-2007 Honda Accord or Civic. I met with Joe Santosuosso who referred me to Laurie Cantwell. Laurie listened to my needs and found me a new 2007 Honda Accord, in my price range, the color I desired and with the options I wanted within a week. Laurie made me feel like a valued customer during my search, during my purchase and continues to make me feel like a valued customer by calling me a few times a year to remind me it's time to renew my inspection sticker. to wish me a happy anniversary on my purchase date and wish me a happy birthday on my actual birth date. Laurie will check in to make sure that I am still happy with my purchase and reminds me that if I should have any problems at all, to let her know and she will assist me with quick resolution. To date, I have had no such issues. I am completely confident with my purchase and continue to feel safe and secure in my 2007 Honda Accord. Since I purchased my 2007 Honda Accord from Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington in September 2007, I have had the opportunity to visit the Service Department on a few occasions for periodic oil change(s), a na Honda of Burlington in September 2007, I have had the opportunity to visit the Service Department on a few occasions for periodic oil change(s), a nail in my tire and vehicle service warranty checkups. I have always been greeted courteously and professionally by the Service Department personnel, especially by Christopher Glen, Jessica Johnson and Christine. They will make sure your vehicle is serviced properly, ask if you have had any issues with your vehicle and make sure your service is performed in a quick and timely fashion. They will give you an estimate of how long a wait it will be before your vehicle service is completed and make sure your auto is returned clean and the service required is performed properly. If a part is needed for your auto and it is not in stock, they will place the order for you and make sure you know when the part will be available for installation via a telephone call but you will be given an estimate prior to leaving the dealership. (I needed to replace my center console on the dashboard--it was defective--the part was delivered within a week and the installation service was prompt and efficient.) I highly recommend the Service Department at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. You will not be disappointed if you work with Christopher Glen, Jessica Johnson or Christine. More
