I wanted to thank you for writing and express my sincerest apologies that you were not pleased with your experience. This certainly was not our intention or how we attract clients to our dealership. I want to properly address this situation so I thoroughly reviewed our showroom visits, CRM database and spoke to everybody in both our Sales and Business Development departments and regret that we have absolutely no record of anyone with the name of “JDelsavio” or “Delsavio” ever visiting our dealership.
