I was at the dealership for an oil change when I was told the rear brakes on my "leased" three year old car had to be replaced. At the time, I was unable to afford the additional cost and I remembered receiv the rear brakes on my "leased" three year old car had to be replaced. At the time, I was unable to afford the additional cost and I remembered receiving a notice from Herb Chambers that they were interested in the CR-V model for their used inventory and they would be happy to evaluate may car for me. I asked the service department if someone would appraise the car before I went ahead and did the repairs. They were happy to oblige. I sat down with Amjad, the sales rep, went over the pros and cons of my situation. In the end, they were able to take my 2007 CR-V and put me into a 2010 for the same monthly payment. It was too good to be true! I was getting a brand new car for the same monthly payment and did not have to put any money out of pocket for repairs on the old one or expenses on the new. Everyone was very understanding and happy to help. I don't like high pressure tactics and making decisions under duress. I have to say, I never felt more comfortable in a car dealership than I did at Herb Chambers. More
I had a 2001 Ford Windstar that needed to be replaced. But, I wasn't in the position to spend more than I could afford on a new car. However, safety was my number one concern for my two children. As a single parent(and female) coming into a dealership alone is very intimidating. I was referred to Laurie by a friend. She worked with me on the phone ahead of time to see what I was interested in...the least expensive car I could get; but not cheap. That being said, I was looking at the Fit. Well, with two active boys, a dog and a walker; Laurie realized that wasn't going to work for me. She was able to get me in to a beautiful Accord LX for about the same monthly payment by doing a lease and I am thrilled! TJ was wonderful working the numbers to get a monthly payment I could afford and having me approved even when I didn't think they were going to. There was absolutely no pressure! I can honestly say it was a pure joy to be here. I came into look and went home that same day with my new car. I am thrilled with this dealership. They have gone above and beyond to make me comfortable and enjoy the experience; instead of apprehensive and worried I was being taken advantage of. I've already told my friends on Facebook they need to come here. I have purchased 5 new cars in the past and this is the first time I have ever felt strongly enough to fill out a survey that I want to tell people how wonderful Laurie & TJ are. I contacted Herb Chambers as my current lease was set to expire in February. I worked with Sergio/Lindsay on my options. My preference was to stay with an Accord. Sergio went with me on my test drive and talked through the features on the car. He was very friendly and helpful explaining the details. On return, I was very certain of the direction and began move towards a lease on an Accord XL. The dealership had many color options to choose from. I had the exact car I wanted right there on the lot. A few days later after Thanksgiving, I signed the paperwork with Josh which was already started which expedited the process. The entire process was quick and easy. Each person in the chain was so pleasant to deal with. I got the car I wanted at the price range I needed. I would highly recommend this dealership, Sergio and Josh. More
First of all I can start off by saying that before I went to Herb Chambers to purchase my current vehicle, I went to several other dealerships and really was not impressed. Not impressed in the sense that I was really looking for a sales rep to really blow me away and be knowledgeable, passionate, friendly and honest. All of these things I found in Anthony Sarra from Herb Chambers Burlington. He truly went above and beyond (and continues to) to make sure that I had not only have everything I needed, but to make sure that I had all of the tools and information to make a smart decision. Coming from an individual who has worked in Sales for the past 5 years, I know a good worker when I see one. I would highly recommend not only this dealership, but more specifically for the mere fact that a wonderful and dedicated individual like Anthony works there. Bravo. More

My sales person Miguel was extremely helpful, all of my questions about the car were answered promptly and I felt lik in Burlington a few months ago. Being a single mom with small children I had no transportation to come to the dealership to pick up my car, so Miguel made the car delivery himself which was the icing on the cake. She took the time to listen to my requests, worked with me to trade my Dodge, took the time to go over the different websites that I had looked at for second hand car prices. She was extremely professional and efficient since the very first moment. She was also extremely knowledgeable of the car, its accessories, financing options and services offered by the dealer. She worked with me to get a sales price for the Honda that was satisfactory to both of us. Amanda Olson has kept in touch with me through e-mails, and has helped me recently with the purchase of additional accesories for the Honda. She is an amazing asset for your company. I've been buying cars for more than 40 years, and this was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had. The sales team was polite, direct and not too pushy. I told them up front that if we found the car we wanted, I wanted a final price from them because I would compare that with other offers and buy from the dealer with the best offer. Once my wife and I settled on the model and accessories we wanted, they showed me my choices and gave us the price, including the interest rate if we were to buy from them, exactly what I asked from them. There was no high pressure that I had to put a deposit down to save the price, or that it was a limited time offer. I checked two other dealers that afternoon, one who was playing "mickey mouse games" with such questions as, "How much do you want to pay for the car?" and, "I can only give you this offer now, if you aready to put down a down payment..." Needless to say that dealer was immediately discounted. the other dealer would not give me a final price -- only that when I was ready to make a decision, we could negotiate a price. The guys at Herb Chambers in Burlington won hands down. They respect their customers and sell professionally. More
