Upon entering the Burlington dealership we were greeted promptly and a sales person (Laurie) asked how she could help. Laurie gave us the exact information regarding price and lease options. We had visited two other Honda dealerships but the leasing program Herb Chambers offered was a good option. This being our first experience in this area Laurie went over all aspects of the lease process giving us exact information with which we could make our decision. It took us just one day to make the decision to lease from Herb Chambers. Laurie took care of all paperwork and the car was good to go. Pick up was easy and we had a thorough explanation of the cars workings before we left the lot and the confidence that if we had any questions or problems we could contact Laurie at any time. We also had a positive experience with T.J. Madden, Business Mgr. who went over all the options available which made it easy to pick out the one best suited to our purpose. All in all our experience was excellent and it was due to the personnel attention we received as well as the product. More

I brought my son's CRV for a service prior to his return to college. Unfortunately for me, the car needed rear brakes and two new tires. Laurie is a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful with no high pressure. She got us the car we wanted (color, style, etc.) in a timely manner. Laurie came to our house twice with paperwork. I went in by myself and, as a single middleaged woman, was an easy target. Negotiations went poorly and the sales manager called to me as I walked out the door, "If you roll back about 100,000 miles on that trade, we can work the deal". That was Friday. I recently contacted Senee to inquire about purchasing my second car from him within the last 2 years. He made me feel as if I had purchased hundreds of vehicles from him the second I walked in. I felt as if I had his full attention and my potential sale was the only one that mattered. I was not treated like a transaction but rather a relationship. Never fully understanding the benefits of leasing vs financing a vehicle he spent more than 30 minutes sitting with me and teaching me the intricacies of a lease. Following our conversation we determined that I was a perfect candidate for a lease and ended up saving me thousands of dollars up front and even more so over the life of the lease. I will always be grateful to Senee for the time he took to educate me. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington to anyone interested in acquiring a quality vehicle while being treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. More

Laurie is one of the few- truly professional sales people that I have dealt with in my experience of contemplating a new car purchase. She is knowledgable on all aspects, not high pressure, not over-committa that I have dealt with in my experience of contemplating a new car purchase. She is knowledgable on all aspects, not high pressure, not over-committal but rather- realistic and down to earth. Not at any time did she try to over-sell me, or load up on extras (although she did inform me of my options). During a different experience with Herb Chambers- it was the exact opposite- lack of even 'basic business sense'; we were lied to by both the sales person and finance manager- who was blatently dishonest about the many extras that he tried to sell(quoted three different times- varying prices- for apart). In addition, after the sale, the sales person disappeared; we had to escalate several issues to the GM-- unreal... Laurie has integrity, she is personable and knowledgable, and very pleasant to work with. I would refer her to family and friends in a heart beat. More
