We found our car from Herb Chambers Honda Burlington on autotrader.com. I called to make an appointment to see the car and Laurie answered the phone. On the way my husband and I were very apprehensive about going to the dealership because buying a car is always unpleasant. Haggling over pricing and pushy sales people just drives you crazy. To our surprise none of that happened. Laurie was very pleasant and helpful, took us out for a test drive and I must say the car really sold itself. Later, Laurie explained Herb's smart pricing policy and showed us all the comps and we were sold on the car and price. It was so easy and we thought very fair. When we had to see Tony I felt the same way as I did with Laurie. He was very friendly and not too pushy. I know he has a job to try and sell us on warranty products but he accepted our no's yet guided us for good reasons to buy certain warranties. So I think we got the right products that fit our needs. He really made this car financing work for us too. Two days later we drove away with the best car I've ever had and we couldn't be happier with the way we were treated.
