My experience with my 2nd lease with Herb Chambers of Burlington was as good if not better than the first. My salesperson, Roberto, listened to my needs and did his best to answer my questions. We spent almost 2 1/2 hours talking and looking at the 2012 CRV. When Roberto wasn't sure about an answer, he got info from Josh, who was extremely knowledgeable. Between the two, they made it possible to get the lease within my price range. When I returned to take delivery of my car, everyone at the dealership asked how I was and wished me good luck with my new car. I appreciate all the time and effort Roberto and Josh extended on my behalf. More

Her experience & competence in her job were obvious. I explained what I was interested to do and she delivered. I finalized a lease for a 2012 Civic LX and was very satisfied with the outcome. On our first trip the hostess placed us in Laurie's very capable hands. Laurie took care of all the details, she made buying a car a wonderful experience. In the past we have dreaded going to the car lots and being bombarded with eager sales people trying to sell us anything. My father has been a Honda owner for the last 15 years and new that was what he wanted. Laurie listened carefully to all his needs and put him in the perfect car. After that first experience with Laurie my father will only purchase his cars from Laurie. For a wonderful experience from start to finish Laurie Cantwell and Herb Chambers is the place to go. More
I stopped by your Herb Chambers on a Sunday in early May, and asked for one of the two internet reps that I had been in email contact with. The receptionist paged "Any Available Sales Rep". After waiting 25 minutes, a rep finally did come to speak with me. Forgive me, I don't remember his name. He had the vehicle that I inquired about, a Pilot EX-L w/RES, and brought it down to show me. When we started talking about price, his initial price was some $1,500 above what had been quoted via email only 3 days before. He knew that I had an internet quote from his dealership, as I showed it to him. When I asked about the difference, he told me about "low inventory and the Japan crisis". The fact that your inventory was lower than when you sent me your quote should not affect that quote one bit. I'm sure every Honda dealer is/was in the same boat. Of the four dealerships that I visited, after getting internet/email quotes, Herb Chambers is the only one that raised the price. That is not a good way to sell a vehicle. That's the type of practice that gives the auto industry a bad name. All it did was waste my time and leave a sour taste in my mouth. I would not have posted this review except for the fact that I emailed Herb Chambers / Burlington about my experience, and never received an answer. I should also mention that I drove a few miles down the road and purchased my new Pilot that same day. More

Lauriie was great to deal with. This is my 6th new car that I got from her at Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington since 2006. She is very friendly and always answered any questions I had about the cars.She explained each car and all its functions well and clear,since I'am not high tech.Everytime I go for service and she sees me ,she will always come over and say hi and see how eveything is going. I highly recommend her and the dealership. The service dept. is great and service on all my cars have been prompt without waitng forever and great explainations about what is wrong. I arrived at Herb Chambers Honda Burlington with one of my children to see what kind of used cars were available as a first car for him. We had spent weeks trolling the internet and many other Honda dealer my children to see what kind of used cars were available as a first car for him. We had spent weeks trolling the internet and many other Honda dealerships in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine and were very discouraged about finding a decent car we could afford. Given our previous search, I was totally unprepared to find a suitable car in Burlington. That is until we met Laurie Cantwell. I told Laurie our requirements: a reliable car to get him to school, which wouldn't break down, and that he could afford. Laurie immediately hiked us to the top of the parking lot, otherwise known as Chambers Mountain straight to the sweetest 2003 Honda Accord. It had only one owner, exceptionally low mileage, and it was in near perfect shape. I was stunned and my child was in heaven. I made the decision immediately and a few days later we drove away with what I believe is a gem. If this car is as good as I think it is, I will return to Herb Chambers and Laurie one day to trade my Honda Cr-V for a new model. Our experience with Laurie and Herb Chambers Honda surpassed my previous experience with Boch Honda, which I thought was terrific. More
My husband and I brought our 4 year old CRV in to have an oil change, a week ago. Within an hour we had a new CRV picked out and paperwork drawn up and we were meeting with Tony in finance for the final deal. Tony was patient and informative and took the time to explain any minute detail as requested. From beginning to end our experience was one of ease, good information, friendly interaction and complete satisfaction. As this is the second car we have bought from Laurie, we have dealt with this dealership for the upkeep of our 1st car, and had a lot of experience with their service. We could not recommend Burlington Honda more highly. Keep up the good work! You are doing things right! More
