We went to you and Sergio take a very good care of us , without pressure us working towards our budget and offering options we got a CR-V 11. One happy year until 11/21 I got in an accident totaling my loved car. Sergio, you're the best . Thanks for such a great help. As I had prove my love to your work, I did bring my friend Helena over there and she got a car with you...and I'll do it again to who ever ask me about to get a car! Excellent I was very much ready to buy a car when I went to Herb Chambers in Burlington. I had fought with other dealers who severely under-offered my trade-in and treated me poorly because I was a young female shopping solo. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. There was only one car that was within my budget, but they didn't pressure me to look at more expensive cars. Sergio was very helpful, informative, and low-key. As soon as he saw me looking at the tires, he started measuring them to give me the life left. The first number they gave me for the trade-in was the actual fair price for it. When I asked for a few hundred more, he came back very pleasantly and told me they would do that. I was actually stunned. No fighting, no stonewalling. Totally painless. They've won me over and I am recommending my family and friends for sure. I will keep them in mind next time I purchase (which hopefully won't be for another few years...)! More

There was so much to learn about the vehicle it was overwhelming! He had the utmost of patience with all of my questions and I left the dealership feeling confident about all the new options I had in my new car. The sales manager, TJ Madden, was also just as attentive and made us feel like we got the best deal possible for the Pilot. Friendly, courteous, and professional from the outset to the picking up of my keys for the car, Patrick is what all car salesmen should aspire to be in their profession. I cannot recommend Patrick highly enough. I would encourage his bosses to have new employees shadow him when they are starting out. Likewise, I appreciate that Evan Fotopoulos did not have the usual high pressure tactics for buying those "extras: that some dealers are guilty of pushing upon customers. Originally we were scheduled to see Sean Hagerty (he was the one that shows us the car) but because of the schedule conflict Sean has scheduled for us to see Michael Sawicki on his behalf. Michael was very friendly and well knowledge of the job. He answered all of our questions and provided many options on the extra service selections (without pressure). Michael also helped us to work with the Insurance agency while we were waiting for the finance officer. By the end Michael also offered to deliver the new car to our home next day. We are very happy with the purchase and the service that we received from Michael Sawicki and Sean Hagerty. More

Very positive experience from Herb Chambers of Burlington I just bought a 2015 Honda Fit from Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. I've purchased cars from other dealers before, but there's a reason why my thir I just bought a 2015 Honda Fit from Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. I've purchased cars from other dealers before, but there's a reason why my third car in a row has some from Herb Chambers of Burlington. The customer service is wonderful and it was a stress/hassle-free experience. My sales representative (Mike Sawicki) was easy to work with. His pleasant demeanor was both relaxed and professional, yet he possessed in-depth knowledge of the vehicles he was selling, along with their options. He answered all my questions, called when he said he would call, and made sure the transaction was as quick and smooth as possible. During one point where I had to wait around for financing to get secured, Mike S saved my day by picking up my afternoon Dunkin Donuts ice coffee for me. Doesn't get much better than that at a car dealership! I went in on Wednesday, and drove home in my new car on Thursday. I highly recommend Herb Chambers, and Mike Sawicki in particular. More
