Overall a good experience I was able to come in on Monday, and drive off in my new Ridgeline with exactly the color and trim level I wanted 2 days later. Lance is great at helping you find exactly what you need and Gustavo (business manager) was also excellent to work with for financing. Unfortunately, my first Honda CR-V (purchased 2/2016) was totaled in an unfortunate accident. So, far sooner than expected, I was recently helped by Lance and Gustavo again in 10/2016.
