Helpful in a timely manor and accommodating I brought my car in for an oil change and had them check also on a shuddering I was feeling with the brakes. In less time than was stated my they tol I brought my car in for an oil change and had them check also on a shuddering I was feeling with the brakes. In less time than was stated my they told me they could fix the brakes that day and provide a rental for me to use. I really appreciated that because my son had an appointment I could not miss. I was able to return the rental a few hours later and pick up my car. Michael also was able to apply for the brake rebate for me. Thank you so much! More
Tough problem solved the first time I had already scheduled regular service, but prior to dropping off the car, noticed a very peculiar noise that was low frequency but difficult to dete I had already scheduled regular service, but prior to dropping off the car, noticed a very peculiar noise that was low frequency but difficult to determine where it was coming from. It was worrisome and I mentioned it at time of check in. The mechanic during road testing noted the noise and on trouble shooting located and fixed it. Took extra time but worth every minute to get it corrected and it turned our to be a wheel bearing so catching it early saved later real problems. Great job!! More

Top Notch service I took my 1 month old 2017 Ford Explorer to the dealer this morning without an appointment but with some concerns about whether some of the high-tech I took my 1 month old 2017 Ford Explorer to the dealer this morning without an appointment but with some concerns about whether some of the high-tech features of the car were functioning properly. I was explaining my issues to the service department and they were preparing to help me but the General Manager of Herb Chambers Ford Westborough, Mr. McEwen heard me talking about my issues. He immediately enlisted the help of Marie, a saleswomen to see if my problems were "user" issues. It turned out that Marie was able to figure out that I was using a parking feature incorrectly. She was unable to help on the other issue so went into the service center to see if one of the mechanic specialists could help. That is when Mr. McEwen came back out and he hopped into the car and was able to correct and turn on the feature that I thought was "broken". I cannot believe the level of dedication by the entire team of the Westborough Ford dealership to make sure that my vehicle was in perfect working order and that I understood how to use/enable the features that caused me concern. I very highly recommend this dealership for purchase AND service of a Ford vehicle. More

Never buy a vehicle here I bought a certified Ford Escape( fully loaded ) at herb chambers. The day I bought the vehicle while driving back home, I could hear wind noise on sp I bought a certified Ford Escape( fully loaded ) at herb chambers. The day I bought the vehicle while driving back home, I could hear wind noise on speeds upwards of 55 miles. The noise bothers me all the time, it's like a window is cracked. I've been to the dealership five times. One time they looked at it. Second time their technician didn't show up. Third they resealed the wind shield. Forth they again had someone look at it. Fifth is today, they called the wind shield experts who tried to fix it but no solution. Now they are calling me again to check one more time. I live 35 miles from dealership and have found balky given up. Great job! Herb chambers. Keep it up! More

No technician able to fix or diagnose transmission problems There is no qualified Transmission Tech available at this dealership. I had a service scheduled in October 2016, waited for the day for 2 weeks, day There is no qualified Transmission Tech available at this dealership. I had a service scheduled in October 2016, waited for the day for 2 weeks, day before the service we suddenly concluded that there is nobody there to diagnose my problem with transmission.... and there is no point to bring the car in. Service Personnel is very friendly and helpful, no problems with that. Management needs to re-think their hiring/compensation strategy so that qualified techs would be willing to work for Ford. More
