Awful experience and extremely unprofessional customer servi I drove to MA from Orlando FL and on the way my 2018 f150 experienced a major issue with the adaptive cruise control (almost caused a big accident wit I drove to MA from Orlando FL and on the way my 2018 f150 experienced a major issue with the adaptive cruise control (almost caused a big accident with a semitruck)I took it to the service with the understanding that I didn't have an appointment and that it might take a couple of days to be fixed. they took it and promised that it wouldn't take more than 2 days to fix it. On the 4th day I tried to contact the advisor Ron Davis as I never heard from him via email and calls with no luck to get a response from him, I went to the dealership and they stated that they didn't have time to check it out. As I asked to pick it up and leave, they didn't even apologize for keeping it for 4 when days and the person who handed me the key was so rude and got frustrated when I asked him about the location of the truck. His answer was "it's somewhere around the corner". I'd never go back to this place again or advise anyone to go there. Very unprofessional and rude. Waste of 4 days. More

Great service advisor Always a great experience coming in to get my vehicle serviced. I had a coupon for the oil change/tire rotation and the 20,000 mile check was done. My salesman also stopped over to check in & make sure everything was going well with the vehicle. All with no issues and they always wash your car at the end! Excellent service! Thank you! More
Mike was great! Service manager is great as well. Quick friendly efficient and took time to explain what my vehicle issue was also drew diagrams. Way better visit than I have had is the past. No one answers the phone or returns calls. I purchased a vehicle at this dealership and the sales staff was excellent. But I have used the service department three times and every time they are I purchased a vehicle at this dealership and the sales staff was excellent. But I have used the service department three times and every time they are disorganized. Either they didn't have my appointment recorded, or they forgot to do something I requested (a recall item), or they simply didn't answer the phone after multiple calls and couldn't be bothered to return my call, after they promised they would. The employees seem competent and pleasant. But the management of this important section seems off. These are managerial issues. So though I would purchase another vehicle from them, I will need to look elsewhere for service. More
