Brought my 2018 Expedition in for an oil change and the works. I also asked the service team to look at the video system as one of the screens wasn't cooperating. Scheduling was fast and easy. They serviced my vehicle and in a very nice voice message explained to me that the issue with the screen was a simple one (we had both remotes paired to the same screen!). Heather is the Best Service Person I scheduled a service appt. for an Oil change and tire rotation, after i arrived Heather noticed my tires were worn and one had a sidewall issue, Heat I scheduled a service appt. for an Oil change and tire rotation, after i arrived Heather noticed my tires were worn and one had a sidewall issue, Heather communicated with me and had 4 new tires installed for me. Went in for an oil change and sticker al. When checling the car found that I had two bad tires the were a safety hazard.
