I came in to have my battery checked after it died. Everyone was very nice. They gave me rides to and from my home so I didn't have to wait there. They did not charge me for anything. The service advisor was great, checked me in very quickly. The only constructive feedback is, the availability of appointments after 230pm is difficult which isn’t easy for someone that works an 8-5 quickly. Also, the following day, I discovered the skid plate on my vehicle that covers up the oil pan, filter and drain plug wasn’t properly fastened and started to drag under the vehicle, unfortunately had to stop by the service department to have them reattach it. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we got at Herb Chambers Ford. From the outset, when at first there was no loaner available to 30 minutes later when Rick worked his magic and got one, to 3 ho Herb Chambers Ford.
