I went to this dealership about 2 years ago to purchase a used vehicle and the people that were there insulted me the minute I walked in the door so I walked out and purchased my Ford Expedition at Enterpris used vehicle and the people that were there insulted me the minute I walked in the door so I walked out and purchased my Ford Expedition at Enterprise Auto sales in Worcester Ma Then I got a recall notice from Ford so I hesitated on going to Herb chambers because of the past experience but it was the closest place for me to get the recall addressed and the people in the service department were the complete opposite of my past experience they were very polite and helpful they even noticed a leak on the timing belt cover that was under warranty (do it wasn’t about raking me over the coals) the recall was done along with other problems that they found and the repairs were done when they said they would be I wouldn’t hesitate on going back there in the future More
My F150 was serviced well but was delayed due to a back up of cars being washed after the service. This delay was about 45 min. I wasn’t happy. When I did get the truck back, my service rep (Cesar) tells m up of cars being washed after the service. This delay was about 45 min. I wasn’t happy. I brought my car to Herb Chambers Ford in Westborough after the dealer I bought the car from said all the recall work was complete...it wasn’t. The other dealer back tracked claiming parts were unavailab after the dealer I bought the car from said all the recall work was complete...it wasn’t. The other dealer back tracked claiming parts were unavailable. I made an appointment at Herb Chambers and not only did they have the parts in stock but the completed the repairs in one day and even went above and beyond by replacing known defective parts under the Ford customer satisfaction program. I bought my vehicle in 2015, from Herb Chambers Westboro Ford. At that time I was very pleased with the deal I received and the service I obtained the next several years. This last visit was not so pleasant Ford. At that time I was very pleased with the deal I received and the service I obtained the next several years. This last visit was not so pleasant. I had scheduled my vehicle for routine maintenance and brought it in 1st thing at 7 am. I called back at 12:30pm and the car had not been worked on yet. I had to reschedule another appointment which was a bit difficult on my end to do. After rescheduling, the only thing they accomplished was an oil/filter change and a few multi-point check lists. I had to wait till the next day to pick my vehicle up. They did provide me with a shuttle service to and from my place of employment which I am grateful for. It seems like they are going through a transition period with new people in the Service Dept. I felt like I was rushed through my vehicle maintenance, as I was scheduled for a 90,000 mi. check, which was never performed. Now I have to schedule the vehicle for a return visit! More
