My car went in for a couple recalls. I interacted only with Luke, seated at the front desk of the service department. Luke is fantastic. It has to be one of the best experiences at a dealership and they didn't even get some of the parts on time to do the service (I needed to come back again a few days after my initial appointment). Luke took ownership of the situation and I left the dealership grateful for having the opportunity to meet him. A true asset and I forsee big things in Luke's future. More
