I had been to three other dealerships that afternoon, Nissan Marlborough, Automax, and Westborough Toyota. Rashad was the most informed and most professional of all the sales persons. He listened to what I had to say, instead of what wanted to tell me. I have decided not to purchase any vehicle at this time, but I will most certainly recommend him to anyone I know who is car shopping. Aaron Williams was probably the finest car salesman I have ever met in my 60 years. I could tell that he was concerned that I got exactly the vehicle I was looking for and explained expertly the feature have ever met in my 60 years. I was going to wait for the new EcoBoost engine, but Aaron made me realize that with my low mileage I would be just as well off with the large 8 cylinder because the gas savings would be minimal. Since the Ecoboost will be new in 2012, and even though I trust Ford to the utmost and my last 6 vehicles have been F150 Lariats, I was glad that Aaron put my needs in perspective. I saved the upcharge of the Ecoboost system and to be perfectly honest with you, I did not want to be a test case for the new engine design. Aaron is a fine gentleman and since I am slightly un-technical and not computer savy, even offered, after the sale, to come with me and teach me about the navigation system so that I can use it more efficiently and offered to work with me hooking up a blue tooth. I must say, buying a car from Herb Chambers and Aaron was a stressless and most enjoyable afternoon. Edgar Rivera offered me a full list of after market accessories and did an excellent job in explaining the features and pricing of each and everyone. I consequently put on the wheel and tire extended warranty, and I also opted for the factory wrap plus preferred warranty. I think the one thing I may still contact Egar about is the 5 year key replacement option. All in all, two great gentlemen. I wish I had two of the same caliber working with me. Went in to buy a new car - they took the order but a few days later called to say they could not find the base model I wanted. Kept trying to get me to move to a pricier car. They then offered to sell me a used car (slightly used exact same model/year) for the same price we had negotiated like I was some sort of idiot. The only good thing is that they did process the return of my deposit promptly. More

We ended up buying a car elsewhere because we went in a different direction than we anticipated, but Herb Chambers Ford did everything right during the process, and I want to recognize them for it. Promised delivery in about 6 weeks, IN WRITING. 9 weeks later, still no vehicle. Planned on taking new vehicle(2012 Ford Mustang) on Memorial Day Vacation. Scratch that. Personally drove back and forth to the dealership half a dozen times over a 2 week period to get my car. Paid for the car at the beginning of May. No vehicle by the end of May, even though ordered the car in March. Lied to on numerous occasions by the staff at Herb Chambers Ford and once, even laughed at by Jason(Service Manager). I have never been treated this poorly in a dealership before. I would never, ever, ever recommend this dealership to anyone. It is terrible...... More
Kathie Smith, George Muriaki, and Edgar Rivera sold me a Ford Fusion SEL for my wife's birthday. The interaction was low-pressure, quick and respectful and I left happy with the terms. Kathie worked with my insurance company to smooth out a couple of wrinkles and was able to bring the car in early and got it registered in time for her birthday. She also offered to connect my phone to the car whenever it was convenient, which was highly appreciated. The dealership facilitated my visits to other Herb Chambers dealerships carrying competing brands suggesting that they were more interested in getting me the right car than pushing me to buy a Ford because that happened to be what they were selling. I would go to Herb Chambers again, particularly if the car is reliable and the dealership continues to be responsive if/when there are issues. More
We are enjoying our car very much. It's nice not having to worry when the next breakdown is going to happen, we have some peace of mind with that and our coverage! Right after we bought the Kia, we had to worry when the next breakdown is going to happen, we have some peace of mind with that and our coverage! Right after we bought the Kia, we had that big snow storm in January and my brother, Richard went to work the night before and there wasn't much snow. It was a whole different story when he got out of work the next morning, it was a Nor'easter and closing in on blizzard conditions. It did take him over two hours to get home, driving carefully but, he did get home. The amazing part was getting home. He had to wait for the parking lot at work to be cleared enough to leave and he had no problem with the car starting right up. Some of his co-workers had to wait for their cars to warm up and windows to clear, not our car, it heated up right away and windows were clear! He left the parking lot and headed for 128 for a short distance before he gets off for route 20 to come home. The amazing thing about that stretch was there was only one lane of travel and as he was driving he noticed the cars behind him were all merging into one lane behind him! They had been all over the highway but we figured the size of the tail lights on our car looked liked truck tail lights so everyone was following the 'truck' up ahead! Once he got on route 20, it wasn't plowed very well and with the intensity of the snow coming down, but that little tank made it through! When he came home and was telling our dad and myself, we knew we had an awesome car to go along with the great deal we got. So now our Kia is known as 'Tank' for getting through her first test of courage! More
