Love our new F150 My wife and I owned a 2005 F150 with 175K+ miles that needed a little service done. Long story short, there were a few more issues with the truck than we had anticipated and the repairs were more than we had planned on spending for a vehicle we were planning on trading in, in February or so. We took a look around the lot to see what was available for options, and found a beautiful F150 STX that suited our needs. Paul Scannell helped us out immensely,was not pushy and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or want. He really made the whole process easier than we had ever experienced at any other dealership. We were given a great deal on the new truck, and a good value on our trade-in. We would highly recommend Herb Chambers Ford in Westboro , and especially Paul Scannell to anyone who is looking to buy a new vehicle and doesn't want to put up with the stereotypical high pressure sales tactics used at other places. Paul Scannell was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and was not the least bit pushy or trying to force me to buy a car. When I decided that I wanted to buy a 2013 Ford C-Max he competently led me through the process and after the sale was completed took me out to the car and demonstrated all of the features of the car and the new Ford Sync system. Paul even connected my cell phone so that I could receive phone messages hands free while driving. On several occasions I stopped by to ask about some features I didn't quite understand about the system and Paul very patiently and politely took the time to answer all my questions. If there were more sales people like Paul Scannell then the process of buying a new car would not be such a hassle and your worries about getting screwed would disappear.. More

I went to the desk for help and was told to look around that people were busy. I waited 25 minutes and then saw employees talking and walking around the lot and no one offered any assistance. I visited 6 different dealers yesterday in the metro west area, George was the best by far. He greeted me right away, asked me what I was looking for. He showed me many vehicles and options in my price range. We discussed options on each vehicle and all the while he was patient, friendly and courteous. I emailed him last night to say how pleasant of an experience I had and that I wanted to talk about purchasing a vehicle. I turned in my 2013 XLT Explorer as I had put a lot of unexpected miles on it and got a very fair trade in price for it and made the decision to upgrade to the Limited model, George, Aaron, and Edgar made the process so easy and with such a fair price I of course signed on the dotted line. These guys are true professionals and are nothing like some of the other car dealers out there that just want your money and never want to hear from you again. I came all the way from Hampton NH just to work with these guys with many other ford dealers in my area that I could have purchased from.
