Outstanding Customner Service On Friday December 5th we were on our way from Cape Cod to Pittsfield for the Funeral of my wife's sister. We stopped for lunch at the Westborough mas On Friday December 5th we were on our way from Cape Cod to Pittsfield for the Funeral of my wife's sister. We stopped for lunch at the Westborough mass pike service area. When we were ready to continue our trip , my Ford Tauris would not start. Luckily the tow company , Ted's Towing , suggested the Ford dealership. When we arrived it was very clear that this was a busy place. The guys at the desk were already busy customers when Jenn came out her office to assist us. Jenn told us they would not be able to look at the car until Tuesday but will see if she can give a loaner vehicle. As we waited I watched Jenn go out of her way to find a loaner vehicle. We thought we would have find a rental car but Jenn did not give up and she found us a new Ford F150 to continue our trip. Jenn saved us a lot of inconvenience and money. On Monday Mike from service called and sai8d the car would be ready today. It was an odd fuel system part that needed to be replaced. Not too expensive either. We had never been to a Herb Chambers Ford before and we were treated like a "best Customer". Our next vehicle will definitely come from Herb Chambers. More
